The whole family loves these chicken tenders so we make a pretty large batch of them. These do really well fresh and as left overs. You can even make extra and freeze them to have homemade chicken tenders on hand.

On a large plate combine, flour, panko, parmesan cheese, salt, garlic, white and black pepper and Italian seasoning
In a bowl crack and beat all of the eggs together
Dip each piece of chicken first in the egg mixture then in the flour mixture
On a medium heat frying pan drizzle about 2 tbsps of olive oil on before placing the pieces of covered chicken tenders in the pan
Cover the pan and pan fry for 4 min each side or until internal temperature is 165 degrees
NOTE: This is a fairly large recipe, we like to have lots of extras. So for a smaller batch, just half this recipe.
