    • My kids sit like this all the time, just to hang out, eat, watching a show, clearly a comfortable position for them, they don’t have the tightness and muscle imbalances adults have..... and I do this STRETCH during yoga. It has some different names yogi squat, Malasna, garland pose. Anyone else’s kids sit like this? Adults hehe 😉 This pose will point out your tight spots. For me I notice my shins trying to balance, tight calf’s specifically soleus , Achilles, mid back, I feel the need to lean forward to help keep balance, to turn my toes out slightly This pose requires mobility and stability in the ankles, knees, hips, pelvis, and spine. Try it! What do you notice ...... How low can you get, can you keep your heels down? Do your shoulders hunch up? Do your toes turn out? how wide are your feet?     • My little guy has been offered green beans and all veggies really 85 million times! For some reason maybe the stars ⭐️ aligned he ate green beans, 3 bowls of it. I cooked them the same way as always, so I have no explanation. I tried not to act too excited and make too big of a deal but I did some fist pumps and some quiet yesssssssss😁 ( be cool, be cool😎) It’s frustrating getting kids to eat veggies sometimes, negotiations are involved 😆 But many times they are flat out refused.
