    • Here’s my monster set beach workout. This can be done at home too! I used the kids as weights, to keep them from running off, hehe 😜 This workout has 6 exercises and if you repeat 4x will take about 35 min.  1. Push ups 15  2. Flutter kicks 30  3. V-sit twists 30  4. Plank w alt leg lift 40  5. Walking lunges 30  6. Walking side squats 30  #fitnesseveryday #fitmama #beachworkout #letsdothis

    • Beach leg workout.... here’s what I did:  1.forward + backward sprints 2. Carioca 3. Single leg jump 4. Skater jumps side to side 5. 2 foot jumps side to side and 6. Side shuffles repeat 3x and feel the burn 🥵  I love it 💪🏻🙌🏻 it’s nice to be outside in nature for some grounding, especially when I hear there’s snow in other parts of the country 😮 #beachworkout #metime #fitmama #nofilterneeded #floridainnovember
    • Well this pretty much sums up yoga at home w the kids 😂 I got in some good stretching anyway 🙆‍♀️ I’ve been using an app called yoga studio, you can pick the amount of time and see all of the poses in that practice 👌 #makeitwork #fitmama #kuliafit
    • Here’s my organic fruit & Veg delivery this week. I got some turnips, which I’ve never made before. I roasted up bacon on a sheet tray then used the bacon grease to oven roast the turnips w some salt and pepper then pan sautéed the turnip greens 🥬  #trysomethingnew #myorganicfoodclub #turnipgreens
